    Overview:
    AEM210 is designed to embed copper wires onto inlay middle sheet with ultrasonic embedding technology.

    This machine is available to wind inlay coils onto different sheets with different layout specifications of the antenna layer and various shapes .The antenna shape and size can be easily designed in AUTOCAD software.

    Embedding heads can be upto 10 and working stations can be up to 2 on-line as per different layout for higher productivity.Embedded antenna has uniform line spacing with  smooth & accurate performance.

    With advantages of stable mechanical operation, easy debugging and easy maintenance,this machine has been widely used in Generation ID card and residence card manufacturing process.
