    Overview:
    MP4000 is designed for  precisely implanting the single chip onto chip fixing hole in the pvc sheet automatically after antenna embedding.

    This machine is automatically controlled by PLC program for easy operation and maintenance.

    Vibration disc automatic feeding , chips will be conveyed to fixed place.High-precise dual-axles are controlled by PLC to pick and place the chips on X/Y place precisely. Photoelectric sensors is adopted to monitor and control
    the chips' feeding. Machine will alarm and stop automatically when errors happens.

    Features:

    ￭ User friendly PLC control for easy operation
    ￭ Vibration disc automatic feeding , positive or negative chip filling identification, automatic bad chip elimination.
    ￭ High accurate PLC dual-axles system is adopted for precise picking & placing the chips on right place automatically.
    ￭ The position for single chip where to be placed can be adjusted easily in the software.
    ￭ Double working stations  and double placers can be working at the same time or separately
    ￭ Different sheet layout , such  as 5x5, 3x8, 4x8 layout ,etc. can be proceeded with the same machine
    ￭ Photoelectric sensors is used to monitor and control the chips' feeding.
    Machine will alarm and stop automatically when errors happens.
    ￭ Optional function: the machine can be designed with extra function of glue tape dispensing
