    Overview:

    Lukiot’s ASC-5000 is a fully automatic , completely flexible sheet collating system.
    Due to its modular design, the system can collate three core layers from the sheet and
    two overlays from the reel.

    It has unique flow design with antistatic devices to eliminate the static in the sheets
    and overlay to make sure the feeding smoothly. Applying the dust elimination device to
    clean both sides of the collated sheets.

    The high precision optical collation process makes this machine suitable for contactless,

    dual interface and other high level cards such as ID or EMV Cards.

With machine vision system, it can sort the cards with difference face value, color, text, numbers, patterns , etc.
The sorting accuracy is ensured with the help of OCR checking and the machine can compare the printed data with the data base to ensure the data accuracy.
Standard model can sort upto 12 types of cards.More types of cards can be sorted in two passes or with more tracks on demand.
