    Overview:
    During card making process, cards with different printing and chip data inside the cards are often mixed together. These cards need to be separated before delivery.

    Lukiot's automatic card sorting machine can sort the cards accurately based on OCR system and contact / contactless IC recognition. The system reads and recognizes both surface and internal information of the card to check if they match in the database, and then determines the current card serial number so as to realize the cards sorting and ranking.Meanwhile, the position and information of missing card can be recognized.

    Features:

    ￭ With machine vision system, it can sort the cards with difference face value, color, text, numbers, patterns , etc.
    ￭ With card reader, it can sort the cards with different data inside the chips
    ￭ The sorting accuracy is ensured with the help of OCR checking and the machine can compare the printed data with the data base to ensure the data accuracy.
    ￭Standard model can sort upto 12 types of cards.More types of cards can be sorted in two passes or with more tracks on demand.
    ￭The surface printing quality can be inspected.
