    Overview:
    CB801 is designed for bonding /welding the antenna and the module for circuit connection by using
    double pulse current welding technology.

    It is controlled by PLC and welding position for each welding heads can be adjusted independently  in the PLC easily.

    Welding heads can be upto 8 , all the welding heads can work at the same time or respectively.
    Different layouts( 5x5, 5x12, 3x8,4x8) are available for this machine with great flexibility.

    Features:

    ￭ User friendly PLC control for easy operation
    ￭ Double pulse current welding technology is adopted for stable working performances and precise welding effect.
    ￭ High accurate PLC dual-axles positioning system is adopted for precise welding  and automatic welding will be carried out according to the pre-set path in the PLC.
    ￭ Welding position for each welding heads can be adjusted independently
    easily.
    ￭ The welding will not be effected by the value of voltage fluctuation with the high frequency technology, which will improve the yield rate .
    ￭ Welding heads can be upto 8 , all the welding heads can work at the same time or respectively
