    Overview:
    Automatic Tape Dispensing Machine TDM800 is designed for  dispensing the green tape onto back side of the hole-punched inlay middle material before placing the chips on the inlay sheets, used for blocking chip holes to support chips.

    The adhesive glue tapes are used for temporarily sticking the chips for chip bonding process.  It can greatly lower the needed labor power.

    It is controlled by PLC for easy operation and easy maintenance. High accurate sensors are adopted for  precise material feeding, glue tape placing,  glue tape cutting & sheet collecting .

    Features:
