    Overview:

    Lukiot's ecoLINE laminating system is perfectly suited for PVC and PC volume production tasks. It is designed for the lamination of pre-lams, holder pages, and similar products such as plastic cards, smart cards, and contactless cards.


    The system complies with the latest demands regarding economics, sustainability as well as product and process quality. All important process parameters such as temperature, pressure and cycle time are controlled continuously. These features make it possible to laminate under optimal conditions with all current card materials such as ABS, PVC, PC, PET, PETG,PS and PP.

    The Smartlam1000 ecoLINE can be configured with ten openings and the system is capable of accommodating between six and twelve layers per opening, depending on the production material.
